Training
Training is essential to enhance Employee's capabilities and improve work performance, with priority to training U.A.E. National Employees. Therefore, Training and Development Programs are always based on identified training needs, which may be fulfilled by different training methods, such as On- The-Job Training, Off-The-Job Training and In-House or External Training Courses.
 
Study Leave
The Company recognizes the need to encourage U.A.E. National Employees in the pursuit of graduate qualifications, particularly in technical disciplines and specialist fields. Number and selection of candidates to be released for Study Leave is dependent upon operational requirements and Employee's developmental goals, as per policy guidelines established by the Company in this regard.
 
Career Development
Every opportunity and assistance in developing U.A.E. Nationals in their careers is always ensured in a structured manner, in order to progress to positions of higher responsibility, in accordance with Company requirements.
